Integrative Trauma Therapy for Genuine Healing and Self-Discovery

In today’s culture, “therapy” can mean many things — from quick online advice to endless self-help trends. But true psychotherapy is different. It’s a deeper, more intentional process that helps you understand yourself, heal from the past, and create lasting change.

As an integrative trauma therapist, I combine relational, psychodynamic, and somatic approaches to address both the emotional and physical effects of trauma. My work honors the impact of what’s happened to you — while also exploring what’s happening within you. Healing begins when we can hold both truths: the external circumstances that shaped your pain and the inner patterns that sustain it.

Therapy with me is collaborative and compassionate — but it’s also real. We’ll move beyond simple validation or symptom relief and work toward genuine transformation, helping you cultivate resilience, deeper self-understanding, and the ability to connect with life more fully.

Trauma can leave us feeling disconnected, stuck, or defined by our pain. But you are more than what happened to you. Integrative trauma therapy focuses on restoring a sense of safety, trust, and connection — both within yourself and in the world around you.

I believe empathy and safety are essential foundations, but true healing also requires gentle curiosity and courage. Together, we’ll explore patterns that may no longer serve you, understand your defenses without judgment, and strengthen your ability to respond — rather than react — to life’s challenges.

Healing from trauma is not about erasing the past; it’s about reclaiming your story and discovering new ways to live it.
