As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with advanced certification in Forensic Social Work, I specialize in trauma recovery through a comprehensive, integrative lens. My practice is grounded in the belief that true healing happens across all dimensions of the human experience—body, mind, emotions, energy, consciousness, and spirit.

Born in Scotland, I carry with me the ancestral wisdom of my lineage and the living memory of the land. I continue to honor and practice traditional ceremony, rooted in Celtic spiritual and healing traditions, which deeply inform my therapeutic work. This connection to ancestral ways supports the soul-level healing my clients seek, particularly through practices such as core wound healing of the womb, soul retrieval and integration, and Celtic shamanic healing.

I offer a whole-person approach to therapy that blends evidence-based clinical modalities with holistic and alternative healing practices. This includes trauma healing and resolution, inner child healing and processing, shadow work, somatic integration, and spiritual transformation. Together, we work to uncover the root causes of your symptoms, cultivating space for healing, resolution, and wholeness.

Through conscious intention-setting, somatic and emotional processing, desensitization, and reintegration, I support your journey back to your most authentic self. My approach is both trauma-informed and spiritually grounded, providing a path of restoration for those who have found traditional talk therapy limiting.

With extensive training in trauma, somatic work, and integrative spiritual healing, I’m passionate about helping survivors reclaim their peace, power, and sense of belonging—both to themselves and the greater web of life.

In addition, as a certified Death Doula, I offer compassionate support to individuals and families navigating grief, loss, and end-of-life transitions—honoring the sacredness of these passages with presence, care, and reverence.
